Our client, a market-leading software provider, collaborates with banks and financial institutions to revolutionize their operations. With a commitment to innovation, they sought a strategic partner to enhance their personalized digital banking platform and ensure its secure integration with online banking systems. We provided comprehensive testing solutions for the digital banking platform, encompassing web, mobile, and API components. Our team conducted functional testing and implemented automated and manual testing for the web client's admin interface and mobile client's customer devices (iOS and Android). Additionally, we performed BackEnd platform performance assessments and provided DevOps support for tenant onboarding and pipeline configuration. These efforts resulted in improved product quality, streamlined processes, and enhanced user experience. The project presented unique challenges, including the need for a strategic QA partner to ensure the platform's functionality and security. Despite these challenges, our collaboration led to significant achievements. Over a multi-year engagement, we implemented ongoing process and productivity improvements, reducing regression test times and achieving nearly 70% test automation coverage.
