Streamlining Credential Evaluations: Our New AI-Powered Partnership

We're excited to announce our collaboration with a leading credentialing organization to enhance their evaluation process for foreign-educated physical therapists and assistants. The organization faces the challenge of manually evaluating thousands of applicants each year, with each evaluation taking up to a month. To address this, we developed an AI pipeline that extracts and structures information from diploma scans and related documents, detects the required evaluation form, matches subjects to the specific form/license, and feeds results back into the system with confidence levels. This innovative solution has increased productivity by 50%, ensured consistency across applications, and significantly reduced costs. Our technology stack includes GenAI, NLP, Computer Vision, MLOps, and REST APIs, utilizing Python, AWS Textract, Azure Open AI Services, Azure Web Apps, Prompt Engineering, Azure Functions, fitz, numpy, donut, and DOLMA.
