Our client is a USA-based EdTech company at the forefront of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) education. They specialize in designing, developing, and implementing state-of-the-art educational services and technology platforms, including "Steam on Demand" and "Steam Depot" (also known as Idea Lab Kids), aimed at providing interactive and engaging STEAM-based learning experiences. In response to the client's needs, we assembled a dedicated team of 2-3 professionals and undertook the task of architecting and developing a new version of one platform while simultaneously enhancing and extending the functionalities of the second platform. Our efforts led to the successful evolution of both platforms, ensuring they remained cutting-edge and competitive in the rapidly evolving field of educational technology. The primary challenge lay in meeting the client's demand for a skilled software professionals team capable of both improving the existing platform and developing new versions. Despite this challenge, we successfully supported the continuous improvement of the live platform and seamlessly migrated users to the new platform without disruptions to the educational process.
