Digital Ticket Outlet
Our client is a leading USA-based digital ticket outlet catering to sports and entertainment events. With a broad clientele comprising over 350 partners worldwide, including teams, arenas, theaters, clubs, and colleges, their platform aims to enhance the ticket-buying experience and maximize the value of events for fans.In response to the client's needs, we assembled a specialized team of 60 QA engineers. Our primary objective was to bolster Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes by integrating modern tools into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. By minimizing manual testing activities and expanding the scope of testing automation to cover web, mobile (iOS, Android), API, backend, and DB services, we aimed to enhance the overall quality of the digital ticketing platform. Additionally, we introduced new testing approaches, including component and integration testing, alongside unit, end-to-end, regression, and live support testing.The client sought a dedicated team of QA/QE experts to elevate quality assurance processes and accelerate time-to-market for their digital ticketing platform. Overcoming this challenge, our efforts resulted in significant achievements, including a reduction in production issues, decreased release cycles, and improved stability and management of tests. Maritime Simulator & Training Engine
Our client is a global technology, defense, and engineering group with a diverse portfolio of businesses spanning aerospace, smart city development, defense, and public security segments. With a focus on innovation and advanced technology solutions, they sought to develop a comprehensive maritime simulator and training engine to enhance training programs and operational efficiency.In response to the client's requirements, we developed a cutting-edge training simulator with a 3D Maritime Visualization Engine. This engine included 5,000 square kilometers of land and sea terrain, approximately 200 modeled objects, real-world weather simulation, physics modeling, and day and night time logic. Integration with actual field devices enabled realistic visualization of various scenarios, including city architecture, natural elements, ocean conditions, harbors, and human modeling. The result was a sophisticated training platform capable of simulating diverse maritime scenarios with high fidelity and accuracy.The primary challenge for the client was the need for a maritime simulator training engine based on a comprehensive visualization engine. This engine was essential for developing various tools for real-life data visualization and its application in training simulations, including piloting tankers and cargo ships. Despite this challenge, our team successfully automated training courses for unmanned surface vessels, enabled remote piloting of cargo and tanker ships and provided real-life port situation visualization capabilities. Our client, a prominent USA-based company specializing in database virtualization and data management solutions, sought to revolutionize data infrastructure by enabling seamless transitions from traditional/legacy databases to modern cloud data warehouses, all without necessitating changes to SQL and application structures.Our team's evolution from a small, agile group to a robust team of 20 professionals empowered us to deliver comprehensive services. We offered end-to-end solutions spanning product development, rigorous testing, and steadfast customer support.
